Prince Charles of Britain on Wednesday conveyed his sympathy to Bangladesh’s flood victims as London offered US$2.5 million (Taka 17 crore) for immediate aid for the rescue and relief operations.
“My wife and I were deeply distressed to hear of the shocking devastation . . .
