Describing the freezing of AL president Sheikh Hasina and her family members’ bank accounts as violation of fundamental rights, party Environment Affairs secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud urged the National Board of Revenue to revoke its decision. The NBR Thursday asked the all commercial banks to freeze the accounts of Sheikh Hasina, her husband Dr M Wajed Miah, sister Sheikh Rehana, son Sajeeb Wajed Joy and daughter Saima Wajed Putul and her husband. It also asked the banks to freeze the accounts of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum, Bangabandhu Memorial Trust and Grenade Affected Welfare Trust
