Rajuk notice stands valid: Jamuna Future Park has to demolish top 4 floors

A bench of the High Court (HC) yesterday summarily dismissed a writ petition filed challenging a Rajuk notice asking the authorities of Jamuna Future Park (JFP), a 10-storey shopping complex, to demolish its unauthorised top four floors. After six-day hearing on the writ
petition, the bench comprising Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury and Justice Borhanuddin, observing the writ petition as ‘not maintainable’ rejected it.
