Transparency International in its latest report on corruption perception index has rated Bangladesh as improving its position this year from that of last year. Corruption among ministers is not as widespread as before. Yet corrupt practices continue to determine the order of the day. It is heard that some Parliament committee members show more courage on indulging in corruption.
