Awami League (AL) Acting General Secretary Syed Ashraful Islam yesterday alleged that the Caretaker Government provided all the opportunities to the BNP-Jamaat alliance to recover from its critical situation of the pre 1/11 period.
He said that the BNP led four party alliance was in a tattering position before the caretaker took over power. But since its takeover the caretaker government has been trying to create a level playing field for the shattered BNP under the guise of anti-corruption drive, he maintained. [Read more]
