A mild cold wave began yesterday in the country’s northern and eastern regions, mounting the sufferings of poor people.
The Met office sources said another mild cold wave is likely to be felt in the capital from today. The cold wave would continue for the next two to three days.
Temperature went down in Rajshahi, Dinajpur, Pabna, Ishwardi, Jessore and Srimongol yesterday due to the cold wave.
