The ongoing ‘private’ visit of British opposition Conservative Party MP Margaret Anne Main to Bangladesh has led to some questions among different quarters, including political analysts in the capital.
Informed sources yesterday said her sojourn was sponsored by a London based influential leader of a political party in Bangladesh. The British High Commission in Dhaka said it was not aware of her visit. [Read more]
