The Eid-ul-Azha, the second largest religious festival of the Muslims, will be celebrated throughout the country tomorrow (Friday) with due solemnity.
President Dr Prof Iajuddin Ahmed greeted the nation in a message on the occasion and called upon all to work together for the country’s development remaining above personal interest inspired with the spirit of sacrifice of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS). In a message on the eve of the holy Eid-ul-Azha, Chief Adviser Dr Fakhruddin Ahmed urged the people of the country to be imbued with the spirit of the holy Eid-Ul-Azha and to further intensify efforts to build a peaceful and discrimination-free society.
