The World Bank (WB) yesterday pledged to help rehabilitation of the people battered by devastating Cyclone Sidr in South and South Western parts of country.
WB Vice President for South Asia Region Praful C Patel, made the commitment yesterday before Agriculture Adviser Dr CS Karim. A five-member WB delegation, led by Patel, met CS Karim at the latter’s office in Dhaka.
