The remains of Bir Shreshtha Sipahi Hamidur Rahman will arrive today from India through Bibir Bazar check-post of Comilla district by road.
Dr Abul Kashem Mahbubul Alam, Secretary to the Liberation War Affairs Ministry, yesterday briefed the newsmen on the arrival schedule of the remains of valiant freedom fighter and his reburial arrangements.
His remains would be buried with full state of honours at Mirpur Intellectual Graveyard, beside the grave of his fellow Bir Shreshtha Shaheed Flt Lt Matiur Rahman. [Read more]
