A court here Tuesday framed charge against four people in the case of grenade atack on British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Anwar Choudhury in May 2004. Judge M Ferdous Ahmed framed the charge against Mufti Abdul Hannan, the leader of a faction of Harkatul Jihad, and his associate Sharif Shahedul Alam alias Bipul, Delwar Hossain Ripon and Mofizur Rahman Mofiz. All four accused were produced before the court Earlier, on Sunday, the District and Sessions Judge court transferred the case to the court that deals with Arms and Explosives cases. [Read more]
